NOTD: Sephora – Diving in Malaysia // A Chanel Peridot dupe?

Hi everyone!
I am back with another NOTD.
This polish that I am about to show you is a polish I bought while I was in Barcelona. When I saw it in Sephora, I was surprised about how much it looked like Chanel's Peridot, so I bought it. It was 5€, so way way cheaper, than Peridot would be. I don't have Peridot myself, to compare, but I am pretty sure that this would be a cheaper alternative, for Peridot. Diving in Malaysia (DIN) is a gold/green polish, like Peridot is, the only difference about these two are that DIN is more gold.

These pictures are also taken before I cut my nails short again. :P

NOTD: Golden Rose - 120

Hi everyone!
I know i've been gone for way too long. First I was 2 weeks in Finland, then I was home for 3 days or so, and then I was off to Barcelona, and then I got home and school almost started right away! And now because school has started again, it's harder for me to blog often, but i'll try as hard as I can. :)

Oh, I almost forgot to tell you, my nails are super short again, because they were totally ruined as I changed my nails polish every day this week. And they were doing so great! They weren't dry, no peeling and they weren't stained eather, but now they are, because I changed my polish every day! Ahhh! :( So I thought that I would be better if I just cut them down again. At least I learned a lesson, never ever change your polish daily. :P

Now to the NOTD:
Golden Rose is a brand I've heard of a couple of times before, but never seen here in Denmark. So I got a bit excited when I saw the brand in Finland. I fell in love with a green holo, a black holo, and this polish that I am about to show you. I only bought this polish though, because I knew I was going to Barcelona, and didn't want to spend all my money, because it would have been pretty bad if I didn't have any in Barcelona, LOL!

#120 is a red/pinkish holographic polish, and it's a two coater. The red/pinkish color is so so pretty, and I've been looking for this kind of holo polish for a long time. So yeah, I really like it, almost more than my lovely Reserve from OPI. :P

Btw, these pictures were taken before I cut my nails down again! And the polish looks a bit darker IRL!

My little little Barcelona haul! :-) + Chanel Peridot dupe???

Hi everyone! I am back from Barcelona now. :-)
I actually didn't find too many polishes from there, so now it makes me regret that I didn't buy all the polishes that I wanted, from Finland (which was a green and a black holo from Golden Rose). But maybe it's a good thing, cause then I saved some money, because as I told you, I dropped my lovely Teenage Dream, and I paid around 25 dollars to get a new one, because I am so scared to order it from Ebay, as there are so many fakes out there! I'll hope that it'll arrive next week, or at least the week after. And now I am giving it it's own special place, so I'll never drop my love again<3

Oh, and I found a new basecoat in Barcelona! It's by the brand Deborah Milano. I don't know if you guys know the brand? :-) But they have many cute polishes.... :-) And now, the pictures;

These are the two deborah milano polishes that I bought. :-) A base coat and a mint green polish, as they are my faves, even though I have a 1000 of them already. :-) I have tried the basecoat a couple of times, and so far, I like it. :)

I really was excited to go to Sephora. But I didn't want to buy too many of the polishes, because they cost 5€, and only have 5ml in them. But I had to buy the polish to the left, because it reminded me so so much of Chanel's Peridot. It is a duochrome, and like Chanel's Peridot, it has gold and green in it. :-) I tried to capture a good picture, but it was kinda hard.  Let me know if you want to see the swatches :) It is called Diving In Malaysia, if you're interested! :-) 

Then I bought a polish from Mavala, that is called Smoky Blue. It is such a pretty color for fall. It has a few blue glitters in it, that you unfortunately can't see on the picture. :( The other polish is from BeYu, which is a duochrome polish too! I really like it, I'll be putting up swatches of it soon, I hope! :-)

Then I bought two polishes from Essie. They were actually kinda cheap there. Around 6 to 8€, which is pretty cheap compared to the danish price. :P
The greyish one is called Chinchilly, which I think will be my "Back to School" color, LOL! Perfect for fall! :-)
Then I bought a polish from their summer collection (as far as I remember :P) It is called Super Bossa Nova, and it's a pink with some purple shimmer in it. It's lovely :P

So yeah, tell me if there is a polish that you would like to see a swatch of! :-) Btw, I am sorry for all the mistakes in this post, I am really tired, LOL!

Nail polish haul from Finland!

Hi everyone!

I am back from Finland now. I really had a great time there, just chilling and eating ice cream...... and buying polishes... ;-) It is great to be home too though, cause I've missed my bunnies a lot! Now I have to catch up on blogger and YouTube! I've around 7 hours of CTFxC and SHAYTARDS videos to watch, and around 3 hours of other videos. Anyone else that is obsessed with YouTube? I watch videos on YouTube insted of TV, LOL :P
I didn't buy so many polishes, because I am going to Spain (Barcelona to be exact) on Saturday and I know that I am going to pick a few polishes up there, too. So I ended up buying around 15 polishes, which I think is fine! :-)

Hejsa! Er det længe siden, eller er det længe siden? :P Det var faktisk meningen at jeg skulle skrive hvorfor jeg ikke kommer til at blogge i omkring en uge, men så fik jeg altså travlt. Så lad os spole tiden tilbage til mandag morgen d. 9/5. Jeg skulle til Bornholm den dag, men jeg havde regnet med at nå at lave en lille post dér om morgenen, men lige pludselig fik jeg altså skide travlt (for at sige det ligeud) og var der 2 min før toget kørte. Jeg kom hjem i weekenden, og har altså været ret træt (Jaja, dårlig undskyldning :P) indtil i dag. Så nu er jeg tilbage. Så grunden til at jeg har været væk er altså fordi jeg var på en lille uges ferie på Bornholm. Men det var nu er ret så skøn tur. Og vejret var varmt og rigtig skønt. :) Så kommer man så hjem her til Jylland igen, hvor det stadig er skide koldt, og det regner og blæser hele tiden, men det er jo så en helt anden historie. :P Men altså, I'm back! :)
   Jeg bestilte China Glaze's Matte Magic top coat fra Smartgirl.dk, sammen med noget andet tøj, i lørdags og jeg fik det så her i dag! Og jeg må skam sige at den top coat virker rigtig fint. Jeg ved ikke med holdbarheden endnu, men det skal jeg nok opdatere jer om senere.
   Min NOTD består af Maybelline's Mellow Mauve, Wet n Wild's Halucinate, og så den der CG matte top coat. Det ser faktisk ret fedt ud. :-) Jeg overvejer at droppe min meget ønskede Zoya Mod Mattes lakker, nu når jeg har fået den her top coat, men nu må vi jo se, for de er altså lidt hard to get når man ikke er vild med at bestille fra ebay. :)

Hi everyone! To make a long story short, I have been on a vacation for almost a week. I thought that I had the time to update this blog before I left that day, but suddently I had to hurry up, and arrived at the train station 2 minutes before the train left. But I had a great vacation, and I am back now. :)
   I ordered China Glaze's Matte Magic top coat a few days ago, and I must admit that I am pretty impressed with it. I don't know how long it lasts yet, but i'll promise to update you about that.
   My NOTD is Maybelline's Mellow Mauve, Wet n Wild's Halucinate and the CG matte top coat. It actually looks kinda cool. I'm thinking about not buying my very wished Zoya Mod Mattes polishes, because I have got this top coat now, but I don't know yet. :) I want the polishes really bad, but they are so hard to get for me, because I am not a fan of ordering from ebay!

Jeg vil bare lige poste en NOTD hurtig! :) Det er Barry M's Shocking Pink (2 lag) med alt for mange lag af Purple Ave på :P Blev bare lidt obsessed med den.<3 1 lag af Purple Ave var flot, 2 var lidt flottere, 3 var nu næsten nok og 4 lag var mere end nok. Jeg har fire lag på billedet, og egentlig havde jeg kun brug for 1-2, men altså.. flager er dejlige ;-P

I just wanted to post a NOTD quickly! :) It's Barry M's Shocking Pink (2 coats) with way way WAY too many coats of Purple Ave. I just got obsessed with it.<3 1 coat of Purple Ave is pretty, two is even more pretty, 3 was almost enough, and 4 coats was definitely enough! I have 4 coats of it on the picture, and I actually only needed 1-2 coats, but oh well.. i love flakies ;-P

NOTD: Gosh - Lavender Love

Jeg har længe ville have haft Goshs Lavender Love (LL), men har ikke set den i min Matas, før i går! Så jeg skyndte mig selvfølgelig at købe den! :) LL er en blå-lilla lak, og den er rigtig smuk. OG DET ER EN ONE-COATER! <3

Jeg lavede zebra-print på mine negle efter jeg havde taget billederne. Det får I måske at se i morgen!

I have wanted Gosh's Lavender Love (LL) a long time now, and I finally yesterday, saw it in my local drugstore. And then I of course bought it. ;) LL is a blue-lilac polish, and it's really pretty. AND ITS A ONE-COATER! <3

NEON! NOTD: Models Own - Fluro' Orange

Håber at I har haft en god Påske, og en god tirsdag. :)

Min NOTD er Models Owns Fluro' Orange, som en en NEON! Det er min første neon, og jeg er virkelig glad for den. Kan rigtig godt lide at de tørrer sådan lidt matte i det. Desværre holder de ikke så godt, for man putter jo ikke en top coat på. Jeg tog den på i går, og den var allerede skallet lidt af i nogle af neglene i dag, så jeg valgte at putte en top coat på, så den holder længere. Btw, billederne ligner den ikke helt. Den er lidt lysere og meget meget meget mere neon IRL! Desværre er neon lakker pain in the ass at fotografere! :P

I hope you all had a great Easter, and a great Tuesday! :)

My NOTD is Models Own's Fluro' Orange, which is a NEON! It's my first neon polish, and I really like it. I like that neons dry a bit matte. The only problem is that neon polishes start to chip very easily if you're not using a top coat, which makes sense! :P I painted Fluro' Orange on my nails yesterday, and it already started to chip on some of my nails today, so I put a top coat on, to make it last a little longer! :P And btw, the polish is a bit lighter and WAY WAY WAY more neon IRL, than it is on the pictures.

NOTD: Manhattan - 55T

Håber at I har haft en god lørdag.

Lige nu har jeg nøgne negle, men jeg havde Manhattans 55T (meget kreative navne btw ;P) på i går og i forgårs! Det er en meget flot lyserød lak, og hvis man vil have VNL helt væk, skal man have 3 lag, hvilket jeg har på på billederne. Hav en god Påske! :)

Right now I have naked nails, but I had Manhattan's 55T (very creative names btw ;P) on yesterday, and the day before. It's a very pretty light pink polish, and if you don't want any VNL, you have to use three coats, which I am wearing on the pictures! Have a great Easter! :)

I know that you can see VNL on these pictures, but you couldn't see it IRL. :)
And don't mind the bubbles btw, they came because I painted my nails outside!

New in: Make up store - Siw

Jeg var en tur i Make up store i dag for at se på deres holografiske lakker. Jeg synes at de er så smukke, men også ret dyre, 125,- :( Men endte alligevel med at købe Siw (<3), en blå holografisk lak. Den er så smuk. Så da jeg skulle til at betale, begyndte damen at fable om den fantastiske aqua base man skulle bruge til den, for så ville den holde længere. Jeg sagde dog at jeg ikke var interesseret, da jeg ikke gad at betale endnu 125,- for en lak. :P Derefter smuttede jeg i Matas og købte en Fix Base Coat fra Gosh. Jeg ved ikke endnu om den får det til at holde længere, da jeg ikke har den på, men jeg swatchede Siw uden Fix Base Coat, og med Fix Base Coat. Farven bliver mere pigmented med Fix Base Coat, og mere sådan en blå, end en lyseblå, og mere holografisk. Åh, det er svært at forklare. Men altså, den bliver i hvert fald flottere med Fix Base Coat. :-)

I went to a store called "Make Up Store" today, to look at their holographic polishes. They are so pretty, but expensive, around 24 dollars! But then I saw Siw and fell in love... and bought it..... <3 It's a blue holographic polish. When I was paying for it, the lady started to talk about the fantastic aqua base coat, she recommended me to buy. She said that the base coat made it last longer. I already knew that, but didn't want to pay another 24 dollars for a polish. One was enough. After that, I went to a local drugstore and bought a Fix Base Coat from Gosh. It's supposed to be used for holographic polishes. And it was cheaper, around 11-12 dollars. Then I swatched Siw with and without the Fix Base Coat. I don't know if it makes the polish last longer, but when you use the Base Coat it makes the color more pigmented, holographic and prettier. :-)

NOTD: Barry M - Spring Green

Hej! :-)

Må jeg gerne lige sige noget? Det er altså lidt irriterende når farver bliver helt anderledes på billeder!

Og det sker specielt med Spring Green! Når man ser billeder af den på nettet er den meget lysere end i virkeligheden. I virkeligheden er den sådan "POW!! IN YOUR FACE"-grøn (altså på den gode måde). Og jeg synes faktisk at den er flottere i virkeligheden, end på billeder. Hvis jeg skulle sammenligne den med noget, ville det være græs. Den er decideret lige så grøn som græsset. Og det er det jeg elsker ved den. Altså, at den er så grøn, for jeg elsker grønne lakker. Jeg ville ønske at nogen af dem ikke stainede mine negle. Selvom jeg bruger en base coat. Her er Spring Green, som sådan set overhovedet ikke er så lys i virkeligheden! But enjoy anyways ;) Og hav en god søndag!:

Can I say something? It is a bit annoying when colors look different on pictures, than they do in real life!

When you look at pictures of Spring Green on the internet, it is way more lighter on pictures, and not "POW!! IN YOUR FACE"-green that it is in real life (in a good way of course). It truly is more beautiful in real life than on pictures. If I should compare it to something, it would be grass. It is as green as grass. And that is what I love about it. It's a shame that it doesn't show up on the pictures. But here is Spring Green, which actually isnt this light at all in real life! But enjoy anyways ;) And have a fantastic Sunday!:

NOTD: OPI - Meet Me on the Star Ferry + Wet n Wild Kaleidoscope

Det var meningen at jeg skulle opdatere bloggen i går, men så da jeg ville gøre det, virkede nettet pludselig ikke :( Men så får i bare en NOTD i dag i stedet :)
Jeg købte en ny neglelak i går, Wet n Wilds Kaleidoscope, som er en glitter med holografiske glitterstykker.. Den minder mig utrolig meget om en sølv Teenage Dream :-)
Under Kaleidoscope har jeg Meet Me on the Star Ferry som er en øøh... hmm... lilla, brun øøh? Kan faktisk ikke forklare hvordan den ser ud :O Den er lidt lysere i virkeligheden end på billedet. Men farven passer fint.

I bought a new polish yesterday. Wet n Wild's  Kaleidoscope, which is a glitter with holographic glitters. It reminds me of a silver Teenage Dream :-)
Under Kaleidoscope, I have Meet Me on the Star Ferry, which is a ... uhm.. purple, brown? I really can't describe it! :O It's a bit lighter in real life, than on the picture.
